Media Archive entries:

• Do not link directly to Diary entries
  (Diary entries link to media, not the other way around)

This keeps the archive feeling documentary, not personal.

One-Glance Checklist (Pin This)

When adding any new Media Archive entry, confirm:

• Session title present

• Date present

• YouTube embed added

• Archive Record block present

• Associated Mission Files listed

• Related Records added (if applicable)

When adding any Mission File:

• At least one Associated Media Record

• Related Records block added

If all boxes check out, the archive stays coherent.
